This software is easy to learn, easy to use, and very flexible and powerful. It very effectively provides the power of project Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling integrated with labor and material resources. Data entry and displays are flexible and powerful. It uses Schedule Work Breakdown Structure (SWBS) for task hierarchy. SWBS is much more effective than task indenting used by others and makes task grouping relationships immediately clear. EASE PMS provides for the dual use of a Cost Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) along with the SWBS. The use of the SWBS and CWBS makes this software the most effective on the market!

Four types of Gantt Charts provide extreme flexibility to display the project. Each of these Gantt charts types has its own substantial flexibility of display. One allows the manager to change the the data graphically. All are integrated with several data input dialogs. The SWBS summary level can be varied within a chart to display provide detail in some areas along with summary level for reference in others. No other project management software comes close to the power of these Gantt charts!

Network Diagram provides a clear view of task relationships. As with the Gantt charts, flexibility is provided to maximize its power.

Export and Import to and from Excel compatible CSV files.

A variety of Schedule and Resource Reports include a labor histogram clearly comparing requirements with availability. Requirements by specific tasks are color coded. Labor constraints on the project are clearly presented!

Schedule and resource data entry and editing is extremely powerful yet very intuitive and easy to use. Multiple general and special data entry and edit dialogs are integrated with all of the displays. Task group cloning allows groups of tasks to be copied from the same or any other project and integrated into the SWBS. Cloning is much more intuitive and effective than templates used by other software. Both material and labor resources can be added.

EASE PMS is new but benefits from the author's 40 years of experience in developing and applying business and engineering software. The author developed and marketed the C-NETT Project Management Software (1985 - 1995) after having developed and implemented innovative approaches to Project Management using other software systems. Many of the features of EASE PMS which make it better than the competition were carried forward from C-NETT. Other elements have been influenced by the author's having developed the leading business process charting system (Graham Business Process Charting) and a process simulation software system. The straight-forward, easy-to-learn, and easy-to-use flavor is a carry forward of good engineering practice.
